I proudly graduated from the International Institute of Cosmetology in 2008. After working in the industry for 2 years I decided to open my own salon in 2010. I enjoy learning more and it's an important part of our industry. My salon family, and clients make me enjoy work every day, and I couldn’t do it without them. I always say, “Being at the salon is my break from my kids, it never feels like work.” Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family on the boat, and hanging out with my three goats. Im excited to see what happens next!

I love the experience I have with my clients. I encourage them to try new things, whether it’s a new style for them or one of the latest trends. I want my clients to feel relaxed and empowered when they come in for a visit. I have been a hair stylist for seven years, the last four at Modern Designs Salon. I really enjoy doing color, highlights/dimension, men’s cuts and Deva Cuts which I specialize in. I intended to go to school for accounting after graduating high school, but soon realized that it was not for me because I wanted to do something to help people feel good about themselves. I’m consistently furthering my education by going to classes and hair shows to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and fashions in the hair world.

I graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2011 and joined Modern designs salon in 2016. I love to make my clients feel and look amazing. I can do anything in this industry but my passion is make-up, up dos, Nova lash extensions (eyelash extensions), and eyelash tinting and perming. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my boys.

I have been at Modern Designs Salon for a year as of June 2021. I am very passionate about my career because I love how unique it is and I especially love the cosmetology field because it’s hands on. I enjoy highlighting, men’s cuts, and blow dries! During my free time I love to kick back and relax with my family.
